CIVIL SERVANTS' DISABILITIES.
Per Press Association. Kelson, April 12. Jhe Land Board has declined to accept an application for laud on lease-in-perpetuity tenure from the wife of an oriiocr of the Survey Department. The Commissioner and members of the Hoard said there might be some hard.-.liip in refusing civil servants, but they sliould lie jdaced beyond suspicion.
