As a cousecuence, the course which hud hitherto been adopted, of allowing persons charged to remain iu the custody of the Sheriir, would not he followed again. 3!r. When the Court rises for the day the defendants will iu handed over in the ordinary way to the gaoler. When the case is adjourned (he defendants will be taken in charge by the gaoler, but wilt not be locked up in the cells. i
