EPIDEMIC OF SCARLET FEVER.

Per Press Association. , Wellington, April 10. llu :e is at present an epidemic of seal lei fever in the city. The ordinary hospital accommodation for such cases is quite full. During March thirty-two cases wire reported, tin: great majority of which were in the latter half of the month. Since the beginning of the present iiunth (ten days »<,»>) twenty-six fresh eases have been reported, The epidemic has not been located in anv particular district or school, nor can it lie attributed to any particular milk supply. It is widely distributed.
