The models of British warships and the exlubits in the military section are teing packed for transport. About 100 of the Exhibition staff have received notice that there services will not be required after Monday next. STArWMENT lIEGABJMXG. FINANCES. 1 Wellington, April 9. With reference to the telegram from Christcliureli yesterday, the Acting. Premier says: "The finance of the Exhibition is looking well, the returns being quite up to my expectation. Necessarily in so large an undertaking great cam is taken ia general supervision I am not aware ol anything to cause uneasiness. One or two small irregularities have "oeen brought under my notice by the General Manager, and arc now being, enquired into."
