There is provided a speed restriction of six miles per hour at all indicated dangerous plates, and drivrs of ca'B may be called on to stop altogether when meeting or passing drovers cf Yi'hicnlar or horse traffic. This will nfleet the running considerably between DmWin mid i'hristehurch. The by-law will probably be continued bv thu councils.
