ASK TO SUSPEND JUDGMENT. Ottawa, April 4. The Eight Hon. J. Bryee (British Ambassador to Washington), speaking at Toronto, urged Canadians to suspend judgment on all question* on which it had been alleged that British diplomacy had not done its best for Canada. He believe Canadians were mistaken if they thought British diplomacy was indifferent to Canada, for which country the British people-desired to 3ecure justice. ■
