QUESTION OF THAW'S SANITY. EXPERTS AT VARIANCE. Received 4th, 9.2 p.m. •New York, April 4. The Commissioners in Lunacy have concluded their mental examination of Thaw, which was conducted in private, even counsel'being excluded. The previous evidence of experts was absolutely conflicting. Doctor Wagner, Superintedent of the State' Hospital for the InBanc at Binkhampton, testified his view that Thaw was suffering from brain storm when he killed White, but his balance waß restored almost immediately. Others insist that Thaw is still insane. , ;;■
