His Honor replied that the (pies tiou -would have to be determined if necessary by the Court on the evidence in each case ill which it arose, but il might be taken as a general rule thai a worker who had served his apprenticeship of three years, and had thereafter worked two years at her trade, and was a competent worker, ought to be treated as a first-class hand.
