Mr. Justice Johnson, in chaining thejury, incidentally remarked that the unmasked conspirator in the ease appeared to be Mr. John Dillon. The jury found that the (ilcmoe letter, and certain speeches by Dillon n.ii Mr. J. Redmond were libels, end various comments were unfair and published in ' Mr. Justice Johnson directed that the damages must not I e contemptuous. 'The jury awarded a fartum? on each of six libels. I. Plaintiff's counsel moves to set the verdict aside.
