CnHisxcnpEcn, March 14, At a mooting of the Fire Brigades Demonstration Committee to-night, strong objection was taken to the proposal of the Exhibition authorities to make competing ilremon passing through the gates after 7.45 p.m. each evening, pay the ordinary admission charge, and a deputation was appointed to wait upon the general manager of tho exhibition. It was resolved that if an amicable settlement could not be arranged, tho demonstration, which is to start next week, would bo held on Sydenham Park instead of on tho exhibition grounds, and that a strongly worded telogram should bo sent to tho Acting-Premier on the matter.
