Our catalogue showed a marked increase, and we were favored with a good attendance of the lea,ling buyers of this island. As usual, we sold hides at per lb., and having complied with the nccevsar.v preparation riquired of cty brokers, the condition of our hides was favorably commented upon by buyers. The bidding for sheep and woolskins was particularly spirited, fully maintaining Inst month's rates, and with the exception of one lot the whole of the catalogue changed hands.
