BRITAIN AND RUSSIA
DELIMITING COMMERCIAL ZONES IN PERSIA. Received 10, 4 13 p.m. Paris, March 9 French newspapers state that Russia and Britain are about lo sign an agreement delimiting commercial zones in Persia, Bussia's sphere being in the north, and Britain's in the south.
