Per Press Association. .Palmkuston JNTomii, March 8 In the Supreme Court, \V. Gugild Robb claimed £5Ol damages from the Akitio Sawmiliing Co. for the death of lus son. Plaintiff's son was engaged on an oil launch for the defendant company, and when engaged on a short voyage the launch was wrecked and tho crew of two men drowned' The- ease occupied two days. It was alleged by plaintiff, that the vessel was unseaworthy and short manned. The jury sat oi hours, and considered that £SO damages should be awarded.
