CLIFTON WINS BEN 1011 FOUttS. lVr Press Association. Waugauui, March 7. The Waugauui regatta held to-day was a very quiet alt'air, Clifton and Waitam being the only outride competitors. The racing was good. The following are the results of the principal events:
