TRANSVAAL PARLIAMENT.
London, March 5. The "Times' " Pretoria correspondent says that the four Boer representatives are the strongest men in tins party. They are evidently determined not to begin making enemies, judging by their utterances, and the press and people of the Transvaal will be ready to give the new Government a fair start in a friendly and sympathetic spirit. ( Pretoria. Marcli 5. Mr 11. C. Hull, Transvaal Treasurer, declared that every Minister realises that the mining industry is the lia-Ms of the Transvaal's prosperity.
