CnuisTcuuficii, March 3 Over 9,000 people attendoct the sacred concert giyen by the Besses 0' the Bun Band on the Exhibition sports ground this afternoon by way of a memorial to the late Kt. Hon. it. J Seddon. The takings at the gates amounted to &M 9s fld, which will be increased to over £SOO from the sale, of programmes and reserved scats. This amount will be handed over by the band to Mrs Scddou, to be applied by her to whichever of tiie Sed-.lon memorial funds she may decide on.
