WAIOMO, AUCKLAND. The Mt. Zeclian mine is situated nc.ir the New Monowai mine at Waioma, and comprises 78 acres. This mno has lom> been known to contain high values, but owing to the rcffactory nature of the ore, it has not hitherto been successful/ treated. In conversation with Mr A. T. Firth, we learn that a company is being formed to treat the ores from this and other mines by the Complex Ore Kenning Process, which has given extractions ranging from 85 to 90 per cent of the sold and silver values. Already over 30,1)01) shares have been applied tor. Tue directors intend to proceed lo allotment on 50,000 shares.*
