Avcki.axd, February 27 At the Supreme Court criminal sessions to-day, a Maori named Te Kanyi Atuhua, for breaking and entering at Wliiikatane, ivas sentenced to three year s imprisonment. Hira Te Akau, also a native, charged with hurling committed perjury m connection with a horse stealing ease heard last week, was found not guilty.
