The following were Iho principal winners :—Maretl, Taranaki, 35, £3 ; Smaill, Kailangata, 33, £3; Diek.Hivcrsdale, 32, and Mogridge, Falmerston Worth. 31, £1 10s.
The CAXTiiiuiuiiv Alatcu, 500, 000 -and -700 yds, was completed. The principal winners were MoLeay, Mastertcn, Uii, £lO IDs ; King, Opaki, 00, £S 8s; Martin, Waikouaiti, 05, £5 as. The Championship caused great excitement. Bradley, Dunedin, fired before lunch, but the championship was not decided till after 4. Bradley won with the aggregate of 433 ; MeKenzie, -Oamaru, 'l2',). Duley, of Dannevirke, put up the possible at 700 yards, winning the Stewart Dawson Cup. McLony, Masterton, wins the Stead Cup for the highest scorer under 21.
The Cadet Teams Match, 200 and 500 yards, was won by the Wanganui Cadets.
B.irelay, Waimate, .won the Public School Cadet Match, 100 yds. There were forty-nine other prizes. Mug. ridge, Falmerstou North, wius the Snow Cup of tho aggregate seryice matches. Color-Scrgt. MacKonzie, Oamaru, wins the Colonial Ammunitioii Co.'s Cup for the highest aggregate, championship in Service Matches.
