WESTERN PARK BAZAAR.
1 The Western Park bazaar, which - opens on Tuesday afternoon in the Theatre ltoyal, promises to be the biggest and most successful yet held in [ New Plymouth. The ladies who liaye ; been working for the last eight or nine months have a sp'eudiJ collection of | usetul and ornamental articles. Besides ' the usual faney goods stalls, etc , there is to be produco stall, which will prove quite a show in itself. Oil this stall , will be displayed for sale every variety o£ poultry and a splendid collection of vegetables, A decorated boat should prove a great attraction for the chilthen, the Control school scholia's having lent their boat for the occasion. Mr Evans, of (lie A.B.C. Boot Store has kindly lent his sliooting gallery, which will be in pos'tioi for all those anxious to test their skill. Rallies, of course, will be in eviduiee during the three days. The st tl's are to be arranged in a novel way. the plan for which was drawn by Mr Jones, architect, proprietor of the Theatre Royal. A lirstcla«s orchestra has been engaged for the three nithts, His Worship ihe Mayor has consented to open the [ bazaar, the ecrci ony taking place at 3 o'clock 0.1 Tuesday afternoon. As the proceeds are in aid of the improvements now being carried out at the Western Park, citizens rlioulc'i give the bazaar their loyal support,
