Councillor to the Embassy, said King Edward's pre sent advisers cord'ally endor-ed tin- alliance, and were striving faithfully to execute stipulations in accordance with the desire of the whole of Croat Br:' tain. Prince Fushimi has left Tokio on a mission of friend-hip to England.
