"THE TIMES" APPROVES THE , REDUCTIONS SUPERIORITY m DREADNOUGHTS. LondoS', February 12. " The Times" publishes able expert leading articles to justify the Admiralty's reduction in the building proutamme, because France, Germany, and the United States are lagging behind. The articles approve a redistribution of the fleet, especially in the XovtU Soa. Great Britain, it is added, will probably harve nine or tea Dreadnoughts and Invincibles afloat before any other Power has one.
