Five rinks from the Stratford Bowling Club visited tlio Fitzroy Bowling green on Thursday, mid engaged iu some very enjoyable games with the home players, eventually winning by 'a good margin. Fitzroy played well at the skirl, 'nut when the yisilors became us-dlo the green lliey soon put the result beyond doubt. Stratford players ivmark-d ihat the irreen was far better than they had expeelod, and that the Fitzroy club has some players who will haye lo be seriously reckoned with in the near future.
