A BYE-ELECTION.
Received 5, 11.31 p.m London, February 5. The Unionist party at Perth, in recognition of his personal worth as a citizen, does not oppose the election of Sir Robt. Pullar, a Liberal, in succession, to Mr R. Wallace, who has been appointed chairman of the London County Sessions.
