LODGE MEETINGS.
Tlic usual fortnight Iv ineeling of the K-jyal Eginont Lodge, I.().(). !'\, M.l'., was held last evening, Bro. A, Clii vol's, Jf.i;., presiding. Three candidates were initiated. There was a larger attendance than usual, and afier the Lodge closed the committee appointed to make arrangements for (he "Jubilee" held a meeting and transacted a large amount of business, it was decided to hold a rc-umon of members in the Lodge room on tile fill April and a Garden I'arty at Messrs Solo Bros.' grounds, Aotea, on Thursday afternoon, iltk iust. A service will be held at SI. Mary's Church, the same evening at 7 o'clock, followed by a dinner at S o'clock. At the quarterly session of the Es-iuont Lodge, No. "112, !.O.G.i\,lield oil Monday evening in tlio (iuecn street schoolroom, Bro. J. C. Legg presiding, one candidate was initialed. A. Legg; (legistrar, Sist. J. Cole; Librarian, Bro. Frank Loescli. The report of tile retiring ollicers were read and adopted. Bro. G. Cock was recommended as Ele.'.'toi'al Deputy and Bro. it. A. Stokes as Lodge Deputy for the ensuing year. General business was then dealt with, alter winch the remainder of the evening was passed in lnu'iuony
