Adelaide, Febrnary 4. The steamer Midgard, which has arrived here, reports sighting on January 2i>tli, twenty miles north-west of Lord Howe Islands, the barque Macliwyn, dismasted and abandoned. There was no sign of the crew. The Macldwyn was voyaging from I'ispa, South America, to Sydney for orders,
