NEW COMMISSIONERS AP- { POINTED. Received 29,11.9 p.m. Sydney, January 29. c , The Railway Commissioners have i ; been appointed. Air Johnson is to be a chief; commissioner, and Mr Kirkcaldie and Mr Richardson assistant commissioners. Mr P. R. Johnson is assistant engineer to the Great Northern Railway Company, England, and has been 35 years in the seryice of the company. He has had a wide experience. Mr Kirkcaldie is a member of the present Commission, and Mr Richardson occupies the position of Superintendent of Lines in the State service. in ■ G
