'J he Labor Convention adopted the following lighting platform:—State jßaii'u; Graduated Land Tax; free education; technical, secondary and University to be available on the bursary system ; State pensions to persons over (iu and invalids; Pore Food Bill; zone system for railway fares and freights; full civil and political rights for State and 'municipal employees; and workers pensions for accidents.
