THE NAVUA GOLD ROBBERY
AIUIESTS IN AUCKLAND. Per Tress Association. ni , r. AccKLAN 'i'. January 29. Charles Pepper and Herbert Ho wlett were charged at the Police Court this morning with receiving 600 and ISO sovereigns respectively, part proceeds from the rohbery of £IOOO from the safe of the Nayua in December last, when in the Islands. Accused were remanded in custody for a week.
