Trainers' licenses were granted to C. Jackson and B. Russell. Robert -McNamai'a was refused a jockey's license. Subso(|Uvntly ti'e T.J.C. Committee met, same gentlemen being ]nesent. The Military Rand will be engaged for tlie February fixture. The chairman of the AVeslern Park Board applied for permission to erect two calico signs at entrance to course. —Left to the coulee committee to decide. Six new members wore elected. It was resolved that the next meeting of the committee be held on Fi'bruary 22nd.
