Mrs Maiy fsimmonds, of Maraekakaho, died while under the influence of chloroform, which had been Administered in order that BOme teeth should he extracted. The chloroform was administered- by Dr. Moore, who had previously examined deceased and found her pel feel ly BOtiad.
