ACJUSIiD I'LKAJ.)3 GUILTY. I'ER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Masiehto.v, January 19. Henry Stratton Izard pleaded guilty at the Police Court to four charges of breach of trust and misappropriation. Twelve other charges were withdrawn. The two first charges were that he had received for investment on behalf of Martha Mahupuhu sums of £16,001) and £12,1.100 respectively, and had fraudently applied £15,1)70 of such money to his own use. Ho also admitted that be had received £1837 from Mr Bunny (sheepfarmer) and Mr Bnstowc (mercliaul) and fraudulently applied it to his own use; also sums of £SOO from Air .Tones, of l'ctonc, and £•500 from Mr Cormvoll, of Dalefield. Ho was remanded lo Wellinctlon for sentence, bail being allowed, accused in £2OOO and two sureties of £2OOO e.ich.
