FRENCH SEPARATION LAW
ATTITUDE OF THE BISHOPS. Rceeiycd 20, 4.45 p.m. rAKis, January 19. The French Bishops in the Assembly expressed their entire and convinced adhesion to the judgment of the Pope in connection with the Separation Law. They had decided to await the passm" of the forthcoming Bill abolishing annual declarations as such abolition is considered likely lo facilitate a modus viveudi.
