Mr Ben M. Wilson, private secretary to iSir Josepli Ward, lias been appointed secretary to tlio Arbitration Court. The friends of Mr J Ferguson, of Stratford, will have. heard wiLLi sympathetic ritgrut o! the death of his wife, which was announced yesterday. It is understood that death was due to pheumonia, and that adding to the saduTws of the trouble Mr Ferguson himself is laid up from the same cause.
