The stewardess noticed heat coming from a ventilator, and fire was found in a shipment of tlax Water was poured into the hold till the cargo was covered, and by six on Thursday morning the lire was extinguished. Water iound its way into the mail room, and wetted the mails and passengers' luggage. No alarm was felt aboard.
