FRANKLEY ROAD SCHOOL.
Tlio animal breaking-up ceremony took place at the schoolroom oil Thursday afternoon. The chairman of the committee, Mr Okey, presided, and introduced the various items. There was a large attendance of parents and friends, and much interest was taken in the proceedings. All the items on the programme were well rendered, and rcllect the highest credit on the teachers. A very intcresting programme of musical and other items was then given by the »u----pils, and the prizes were presented'' as follows: Standard Vl,—Examination marks: Leo. Gilbert. Attendance: Phyllis Arden. 1 Standard V.—Examination marks: George Hooker. Attendance: Joseph Cross, George Hooker, Kathleen Winlield, Sydney Lobb, Olive Sole. Standard IV. —Examination marks: Olive Ambury. Attendance: Leonard Goodacrc, Olive Aiubury, George Stead, , Erie Allen. Standard ill.—Examination marks: Garland Newell. Attendance: Garland Newell, Florence Winlield, Eric Goodaere, Leo Hooker, Thomas Eva, Joan Ardeu, Harold Lobb. General progress:. Elizabeth Collins, RnW Alien.
