MISHAP TO THE DREADNOUGHT
SEVERAL PLATES STARTED. DEEPER DRAUGHT THAN ANTICIPATED. Received 17, lO.iMp.m. London, December 17. The Dreadnought twice bumped heavily against the caisson of the sill lock at the entrance to Portsmouth, starting some plates and necessitating being diydoeked. It is believed the warship draws o() feet of water, instead of 27 feet.
