A burglary was committed at the Stamp Olliee in the Government buildings on [Saturday. At the first it was not known how much was taken, but it is now believed tho amount represents over £IOOO. There is reason for suspicion that the robbery was planned by someone familiar wilh the olliee. Descent was made by means of a rope, and there were finger marks upon a number of windows, from which it is surmised that more than one person took part in tho burglary, a number of panes of glass have been taken charge of by the linger-print experts of the police department. There were also signs of blood about the place of entry, indicating that one of the burg. : lars had cut a finger.
