SUBURBAN WATER SERVICES
•Suburban residents and ratepayers are anxious to know how the Boroimh Council arrived at its decision not to carry out the proposed suburban water services. The following account of the discussion at the Council mcetiim on Monday should enlighten them ° The Mayor moved that thewiUor services be extended („ Vogeltown and I'itzroy at onec. costing ; Cl7O and L-107 respectively.
