DISCOURTESY.
To the Editor, Sir.—When the lnglewood Bands-, men kindly consented to visit New Ply-' month, to help the Garrison Jiaml along, it was stated that all arrangements had been made (on paper), so that 110 trouble would be put upon the visitors. let the actual treatment meled out the hitter by those whom they had eome to assist was as discourteous as was possible to be. There seems to be 110 possibility of New Plymouth pulling one way in anything, ami nothing they undertake would succeed, were it not for the devotion and hard work of a few. if the case of the visiting band is a criterion of how they are going to treat outsiders who are willing to assist—well, in future, they'll paddlo their own boat, and 110 wonder,—i am, etc., INULIiWOOD.
