MOROCCAN CHIEF'S BOAST. Mobocco, December 11. The Chief Raisuli has informed the Moorish officials that he will be prepared to lead 15,000 armed Moors to Tangier and murder every Christian. He quotes tho Koran to prove that this is his duty, even if a successful European invasion were to follow.
