RECONSIDERATION BY THE co^:,ioxs. FOUR DAYS ALLOTTED. Received 9th, 4.53 p.m. London, December 8. Four days will be allotted to the discussion of the Education Bill in the House of Commons. Dr. Clifford is holding a- two days' sitting discussing the Bill. The result is awaited with great interest. DR. CLIFFORD'S VIEW. BETTER NO BILL THAN DEXOMINATIONALISM. Received 9th, 5.3 p.m. London, December 8. Dr. Clifford, in a letter to the Press, urges that it is better to lose the Bill than to make concessions recognising the denominational leaven which the Lords had introduced.
