— iSt» ■ INQUEST ON THE VICTIM. WIFE GUILTY OF MURDER. Received 6,12.15 a.m. Sydney, December 5. At the inquest on the man Bradford, who was stabbed to death at Surrey Hills, the evidence of neighbours showed that Mrs Bradford, who had been arrested, was a Spaniard, and had been married less than a year. She was constantly quarrelling with her husband, whom she frequently illtreated. Just prior to the tragedy she asked the police to arrest her husband for throttling her, but the police declined. She told neighbors that she had got her Spanish blood up and knifed him.

A verdict of wilful murder was re. ;urned against Mrs Bradford.
