INCOME TAX.
ARE JUDGES' SALARIES LIABLE Received 6,12.15 a.m. 7" Bbisbase, December 5. The Income lax Commissioner is suing the Chief Justice for non-pay-ment of last year's income tax. The case is a test one to decide whether the judges are liable to be tr-xed.
