INCOME TAX.
London, November 30. The Select Committee, under the presidency of Sir C. W - Dilke, appointed to enquire into the ineometax, recommended a graduation by the extension of abatements, also a super-tax on large incomes, and differention be'ween earned and unearned incomes.
