Capetown, November 28. Ferreira (the Boer raider) and three olhors wore remanded to Upingtou for murder and attempted murder of a policeman at Abeah. They also are charged with robberies and violence. Some of Ferreira's followers are charged with attempted murder at Nademerqe. MOROCCAN DISTURBANCE. Mohocco, Novomber 28. The Sultan's troops and the chief Raisuli's irregulars repelled an attack by a number of the Anghera tribe on the house of Walter Harris, the Times' correspondent, near Tangier.
