GERMAN COLONISATION.
NECESSARY FOR COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT, Received 29th, 11.16 p.m. Berlin, November 29. Count Von Buknv, in the Reichstag, during a debat B on South-West Africa, said further large sums Vere required to terminate the war. Any proposal to evacuate or abandon the colonial posses-ions aroused national indignation. Germany was bound to colonise owing lo the development of shipping commerce overseas.
