London, November 22. The "Daily Telegraph" complains that the great colonies at every turn find themselves ignored, checked, thwarted, and vilified by the present Imperial Government and the reckless fanaticism of an ignorant majority, lhe Government has once more destroyed the Downing street reputation for insight with reference to oversea kinsmen, and questions which could easily be adjusted under other circumstances were aggravated because the Government was unable to inspire confidence.
