PARTY DISSATISFACTION. DILATORINESS~IN REPATRIATING CHINESE. NONCONFORMISTS AND THE EDUCATON BILL. Received 22nd, 10.10 p.m. London, November 22. Sixty Liberal Commoners have decided to memorialise Sir H. Camp-bell-Ban nerman, expressing dissatisfaction that the Government was not adopting more prompt and definite steps towards repatriating the Chinese on the Rand. Nonconformist Commoners arc strongly pressing the Government with respect to the whole of the House of Lords' amendments to the Education Bill.
