THE MANUKAU SEAT.
Per Press Association, Auckland, November 21. Mr F. VV. Lang-, Opposition candidate fur Manukau, addressed a well-attended meeting at Onehunga iO-night, and received a vote of thanks and confidence. In speaking- on the Land Bill, he said Hie object of the measure was to "knock freehold on the head," and that freehold v. loasehold was a straight-out issue before the country at the present time.
